so i'm like 20 lbs overweight, and i've been doing enough to maintain my weight which is getting really annoying! i want to lose the weight, and i can't figure out what to do! i really want to start running, but i haven't done it in like 4 years, so i don't really know how to start doing it again like gradually. or just like some type of exercise program, doing it everyday, every other day, how long i should do it, etc? thanks!
