It would be impractical for you since you'd have to go to Syracuse or Schenectady. Better to take the bus.

If you're leaving tomorrow, you should have done all this already. Planning ahead saves money and a lot of grief. If you're already on the internet, look up Amtrak schedules. There may not be stations in Oneonta and White Plains, but Amtrak stations will be in nearby cities. Also look up Empire Trailways schedules. A quick check listed stations in both Oneonta and White Plains, and almost certainly there will be routes connecting with an Amtrak station. Think things out and think ahead and stop wasting time on places like Yahoo Answers.
