If a police officer places a suspect in a custodial situation before having been read his/her Miranda rights, what rights does the person have? For example, if a person is demanding to be informed as to why he is being arrested but the officers do not reply, does the person then have the right to resist arrest? I'm most interested in a discussion of the rights of peaceful, (registered) protesters.

I contacted kraft about their availability of this flavor, and they said no where in my area do they have this flavor. This flavor means the world to me. Can someone find me a website where I can buy the Ice Blue Raspberry Kool-Aid. Make sure it's available, too. Amazon.com lists it but it says it's currently unavailable. Hi, yesterday, I had an argument with my gf over the phone. It was just a small argument. So she said "if you make me mad again, I will go out with this guy named Alex, he has been asking me out many times, I 'll say yes if you make me mad".

I was disappointed. I always thought love shows respect and not being spiteful. If you are mad, then we can work it out, no need to go out with another guy. How would you feel and what would you do?

I have both liquid and powder foundation. I was wondering if you would apply them both to get fuller coverage. But before applying foundation do you have to apply else to your skin. I keep hearing about concealer and (tinted) mosturizer.
-is concealer the same as/equal to liquid foundation??
-is moturizer very essential to apply b4 foundation??

Accidentally came across this website www.sexinchrist.com This nut job is trying to convince people that the bible says it is ok to have anal sex before marriage, threesomes and S & M. You can leave a message but there is no way to find out where this site has come from. Does anyone know what religion he may have come from.( I'm assuming it's a man as most of his concepts are biased toward pleasure for the husband) I absolutely disagree with the website but my morbid curiosity of which possible religion it may be compels me to ask this question. What do you think about the site???? Lately Ive been hanging out with a new group of friends I met through school(college) and Im pretty sure this one girl and I have a connection. As a group we party go to bars and do all that good stuff, however Ive been giving this girl alot of attention and shes been responding with signs. It started out with us just having fun partying, dancing then it evolved to holding hands on one ocassion etc. When we talk to each other she always smiles at me, I smile back we make eye contact frequently and Im pretty sure we have a connection? I mean even this weekend(friday) her and another couple and I went to a sandwich place after the bar and when we were eating she was like "is this our first date?" laughingly...and Saturday while at the bar she told me she wanted to "talk" when we get back to the house. What does that suppose to mean? Is it time for me to make a move? Whats our connection mean?

I'm left handed and I have horrible handwriting. It's almost like I can write in my own secret code language because no one else can read what I write. I just think of ideas too fast to get them down on paper neatly. Also, I'm good at drawing and painting, so I don't understand why my handwriting is so bad. Even when I try to write neatly my hand starts to get shaky and I start writing sloppy after 2-3 lines or so.

Hi could anyone who has visited the phillipines tell me where to look re missing persons. A family member (my brother) left australia 5 months ago to go to the Phillipines, he has visited before the areas that westerners frequent to meet women. I'm wondering if anyone has the names of the popular bars or areas that western men usually frequent for sex when travelling to this country. He has travelled their a few times and would likely be in the areas/suburbs that are popular for this type of "tour". I would appreciate any help as family members are concerned. Cheers :)

Just wanted to ask some travellers how much money is required to spend entirely on food if staying for 30 days in Bulgaria for a single person (I am going to live in the city of Sofia). Are there any recommendations for relatively cheap restaurants and cafe's in Sofia? Is it true that american dollars are more popular than a national bulgarian currency?
