I am completely upset with the waiver deal!

I dropped a player by accident & I tried to pick him back up, but couldn't.

I stayed up after 3 a.m. (est) last night to pick him up when he cleared the waiver list... only to have Yahoo not update!

I fell asleep for about an hour & when I woke, I checked right away & wouldn't you know, the player was picked up by another team!
It says he was picked up from waivers! Why then it won't it tell me that he was already claimed. So, way to go YAHOO! Thanks for making me loose sleep FOR NOTHING!!

UGH!! So frustrated!
I, then, went to pick up another player that didn't say he was on waiver... but when I went to add, it said he is on the waiver list... I guess I have a "claim" on this player... but I won't know until tomorrow.

So, please explain to me how the waiver thing actually works? I am confused!

(I thought I had 1st dibs on a player I dropped, then it went by waiver ranking. But that's not what happened!)
Please help this rookie!!!

I want to connect my 360 to my monitor. My monitor supports both DVI and VGA. Right now, my monitor's DVI port is being taken up by my PC, though. Of course, my 360 outputs YPbPr and RCA and I want to have sound and the best video quality the 360 supports, at the same time putting it through my monitor. On my PC, I have a TV Tuner that supports S-Video in. I was wondering if I should get a YPbPr to VGA adpater and plug it into my monitor or use the traditional RCA and get an adapter for the yellow cord into S-Video and put it into my TV Tuner. Right now I've got my 360 plugged into a VCR through RCA and then goes to my Tuner, however, the button reaction time is rather long.

I am 5 mos pregnant and also have a 2 year old from a lying, deceiving loser. My family, his family, including him find it shocking that I would leave him now at a time like this, especially since I'm 5 mos pregnant. I feel so sorry for my 2 year old and the baby in my womb that they won't have their dad around everyday. I know that leaving a man while you are pregnant is wrong to some, but I can not take any more lies and deceit from him. People tell me that I am crazy to leave him being pregnant especially since our daughter is only 2 and not to mention the unborn child. He told me if the kids ask when they grow up why he is not with me, he said he'll tell them that I left him while I was pregnant and it's my fault. This man lies too much, makes promises and never keep them. He do a lot of talking and less action. He hides things from me. Just because I am pregnant from a loser doesn't mean I should keep him. I feel bad for my kids because I grew up and was raised by both parents.

I have been married for 2 months now and it has been hell. I dont get along with my husband at all. We dont have fun together and it seems to me that he is more concerned about himself than anyone else. He always wants to go out and drink and even when I do go with and try to have fun we end up fighting. He is mean when he drinks and last night it escalated to him telling me he was going to punch me if I didnt give him the keys so he could drive away drunk. He also threatened to kill my birds. He never touches me and when I ask him to talk to me he says he has better things to do. I ask him how his day was and he says fine. I ask him if he is going to ask me about my day and he says if I have something to say say it and stop wasting his time. I have talked to him alot about trying to fix things and he never has solutions. His only solution so far has been to make a calender with daily things on it like hug her, cuddle her, kiss her, tell her she is pretty. Not working
