What is the best way to automate feedback and congratulatery e-mails on ebay?

Can I also ask if anyone knows how I can make multiple items that I have sold be 'marked as dispatched' at the same time?

If you want to use selling manager pro, you can but there's a charge.

Why not check out www.auctiva.com? I've been using it for about 8 months now, it hosts all my pics for free, automates my feedback and schedules listings for free.

Excellent service, very reliable.
