A man sentenced to prison, for molesting a child, can have his prison time reduced, if he receives a course of "sexual offender treatment".
The attraction, held by a pedophile for a child, is instilled in the pervert at birth, exactly the same way the attraction of a normal man to women, is instilled, or the attraction of a gay man toward other men.
Taking that course, can not change anything in their genetic make up, so the released convict retains his sexual perversions and is still attracted to kids. Chemical castration only works while the drugs are being taken in the prescribed dosage. Prisons are already over-populated, with other criminals.
My question is, without releasing these animals back into society, is there any acceptable recourse, other than surgical castration?
I don't believe there is. Your thoughts?

God does not need to eat,sleep, rest, poop, etc. God does not lie! So if God were to become a men in that instance it would no longer be God. Let's say you manufacture a car, do you have to become the car to know "how the car feels???" answer is no!!! You built the car so you know what makes it work, you wrote the manual no???? so it makes sense that you do not need to be the car to know what it does or how fast it will go. Makes sense?

Everyone's in bed but I just heard him get up and ask my Mum if he could go for a walk.

We live in a safe neighbourhood, but of course Mum said no.

I'm thinking it's not just a walk to clear his head...

I am replacing a ceiling fan. After removing the old, I realised the live and neutral wires coming from the ceiling are both red. Is there a way to distinguish. There are no markings on the wires at all.

I can't stand having ice in my drinks, it makes them too cold to drink comfortably, and if you let it sit too long it will melt and dilute your drink, which I find disgusting ...
but as far as I know, I'm pretty alone in my reasoning. ;O)
anyone else like that out there?

I've seen the show before, and it look like fun to stay there during the summer. That camp takes place at Camp Pocino Trails, and I've gone on their web site before. I looked up their prices to stay their over the summer, and man those kids who stay there much have rich parents. It cost thousnads of dollars to stay there.

What do you think of the show? Tell me your thoughts.

Weird questions I know.

I drink heaps and heaps of water. I have like 3 drink bottles going and I drink them all really quickly without realizing how quickly I'm drinking!

The weird thing is I don't pee that much!

I could drink nearly 3 litres of water a day and not wake up in the middle of the night at pee. My Mum thinks it's crazy.

Is this 'normal'?

we been married almost 3 yrs. now, been separated for 3 months and we when out to dinner. while out, she get a call on her cell, its her dad.after 3 and some years. not once she gave the phone I can speak with him. I questioned her on her dad being dead, she said she never said that. she knew where he lived and so, we traveled to the same area where we were raise last year. now he appear in thin air. checked on her background, found out her mom she been calling is her aunt, lied about first marriage, she claimed that her ex husband won't claim her first son, found blood work papers claimed he is not. she claimed that someother woman took her place. found out the blood work match her oldest son and her. now her other son know the true. she claimed she had a trouble life now. that is why she lied, lies after lies coming into the light. seem i been hit with a mack truck.

hey guys, i recently moved into a house few months ago, and evidence(huge scratches) appear on the door.now a month later more appear. i checked other doors in the area and nobody has them. my theory is its a neighbour seen my goods when moving in, or its a window cleaner as i noticed the scratches a day after they been. what every1 else think??or maybe just someone not from here stalking me?

I know I can be long winded But bear with me.

Ok, I'll be the one to open the can of worms this morning.

I for one agree we have to do something. We do need some kind of health care system to protect and help those who are TRULY in need. We have many elderly who have worked for many decades for very little just to retire and die from something very treatable, along with children dying from various carcinomas and other things.

Everytime you hear the Hillary or any of the others on her bandwagon, speak about how good this program would be, the one thing I NEVER heard or hear is, HOW THE INTEGRITY OF SAID PROGRAM IS GOING TO BE ENFORCED.

Like any other government programs, its subject to abuse. That being said, with the rediculous amout of abuse it will recieve, how effective will it really be and what are the odds that the care will actually get to those who need it and whats the plan to insure that it does?

Right now, I haven't heard a single chirp on this subject.
