We are engaged in a great civil war testing wether than nation or any other nation so concieved and so dedicated can long endure.
We here highly resolve that... this nation under God shall have a new birth of freedom and this government of the people, by the people and for the people shall not perish from the earth.

What did lincoln mean in his speech?

a. the confederate army cannot endure much long after this great victory.

b. there should be a new nation without slavery.

c.the war has become a revolutionary struggle and we must make sure it doesn't get out of hand.

In consideration of traveling with a family of 2 adults and 2 (under 7 yrs old) children, with 2 lights strollers and 2 small suitcases. Which train is the best way to travel? Are there long walks/climbs/different stations between change of train? Any information is greatly appreciated.

I read in my text book that ions are found in enormous collections of ions and they have no single bonding partner.

Why though? I mean, take NaCl for example, isn't Na's partner Cl? And why are other ions attracted to this pair? Don't these two complete each other? Why can't this pair be called a molecule? What connection to they have with other atoms, or even other Na's and Cl's? Weren't all the electrons already transfered? So what do these other ions want?

To tell you the truth, I don't really know much about chemistry. So help me out! :) What does it REALLY mean when an atom is charged? I mean, what can it do in this state?

I am a huge history buff, but i love learning about JFK and bobby. Who here was alive when they where killed and do you remember where you were when it they where killed. My dad was in the 8th grade. he said a teacher came in and said they JFK has been shot and they all had to go home. thanks!

alright well my rent check recently bounced due to a fee that I was unaware of at the time(it was only 5 dollars or so under) anyways my rent was due on a Friday and I didn't find this out until Wednesday night, so I came up with money and went down to the rental office to pay for the rent and fees(10$ a day after 5pm on the day the rent is due plus 35$ for bounced check fee) anyways when I went to the rental office,there was a not on the door saying it was closed and would be closed until tomorrow(tuesday) now I'm worried I'm going to have to pay an extra 50$(10$ per day late fee) on top of all this because there office was closed(no holiday, no prior notice just closed up the office with no contact number)
I did turn in the rent and late fee on thursday through there drop off slot I wrote them a letter signed and dated it and made a copy of it for myself, the lease doesn't say anything about this situation, so am I going to have to pay the extra 50$?

My first child would not latch on, so I think I'm just going to pump all the time and feed my new baby (due in Jan.) breast milk from a bottle. it's random too.changed cpu fan.. to stock intel heatsink running at stock speed. freezes up on boots... first time it boot ok 2nd no ,, after a while 3rd it booted.. before i couldn't boot at all but now that i replaced the heatsink it's boots randomly which is still better than before . what could be causing this ... i know it's the cpu but is it defective??? it failed the burnin test (dos)before i changed the fan. If i gett it to boot into windows i do a stress test it doesn't even die. (well i did it for like 1/2 an hour..) peaked at62 with core temp.. still.... in bios before it said it was 47-50 C even so it should still boot.. is it the motherboard??? how do i test the motherboard if it is?? i know how to test everything else but this....
da whole system is like it's like 3 months old
and it's not memory , hd, or graphics card. I did a test on all those except for graphics but if it's graphics it should just blue screen not freezewhat i mean by freeze is it goes fast then slow

Jose Reyes cant even be mentioned in the same breath as Jeter, one of the greatest players of our time.

Reyes is immature and inconsistent, and has not won a thing to act cocky the way he does, fighting with other players. Didnt steal a single base in the last 15 games.
