does anyone know what book by howard zinn would be a good starter for me to read?

Most of my CD collection is made up of classic rock, 80s metal, and melodic rock bands from Europe, plus a few essentials like James Taylor and Jim Croce, but this one always causes the eyebrows to go up: Eva Cassidy - Songbird.

I can pick up the signal which is very strong at my home. I can individually connect on my 3 computers but I would like to be able to network them as well (for the shared printer and folders). It seems that I can only connect to one network or the other and if I connect to the home network I don't have internet. Any ideas on how I could bridge thm together? Thanks!

a better way to explain it to her? She's kind of messed up, and my explanation made her freak out because she wants to go up en pointe and has never danced before except for chinese fan dancing. life, like, whether or not you wanna keep being single, etc. I've met a lot of people as said above. They're really annoying. And, they know that they've crossed the line into other's privacy. But, they keep pushing.

There's one day, such and such people were just so obnoxious. They're really slutty. They just kept asking me about my own privacy although i'd tried to say to them very politely to just mind their own business. But, they just kept pushing and pushing. They did that for like again and again and again. It seemed and seems FOREVER!!! Once, i said sth very rude about their behaviour that went really over board. They made their faces as if i was the one who did mistake or sth. And at that point, they really pissed me off. And i thought to myself "What!!?!?!?!? you said i made the mistake?? This is my own privacy!!" Gee...if you were me, what'd you do about this? Please help!!! 10 points for those who can answer best! Thank you in advance. ;)

I was wondering if there are any forms of birth control that totally stop your period besides the Depo shot and that one pill (I cant remember to take a pill everyday I just stopped my pill bc of it. I'm looking for another birth control so I DONT get pregnant) also I was on the shot & I did alright on the first dose of it, but after the second one I had my period for 2 months so my Dr. swiched me to the pill, but she did say another shot should fix my problem but I was too scared it wouldnt...I'm actually thinking of going back on the shot... I just want to know my options though! Thanks!!

i just found out a couple of days ago that i was 4 months pregnant and im scared to tell my parents because they are going to make me get an abortion and i know it but i dont want that to happen because i don't believe in abortions i believe that once you concieve it it is considered a living thing and if you get an abortion its basically murder so what do i do.

The primary reason for concern over illegal immigration is the concern over Islamic terrorists & national security.

Equally important are the disproportionate crime rates.

Every other issue is secondary although still relevant.

After I declined the ammiocentesis, I had the blood quad exams (blood tests for genetical disorders) done on the 20th and the results are back but they will not see me to discuss them until the 10th! They will not give them to me over the phone and they will not give them to me personally
I think this is very insensitive. Any advise (I live in Florida)? Can they do this?
