I have inored him countless times. I have told him to leave me alone to go away, but he wont and every time I log off that then back in he can im me. I have tried every thing I can think of. Please help me

You need to contact law enforcement and have them take steps to arrest this guy. Most states have stalking laws, which it sounds like this guy has violated. With the rise of Internet crime, there are now special law enforcement officers detailed to track down Internet perpetrators. They will know of ways of tracking this guy down and stopping him, especially since there is the possibility that he wants more than just a computer relationship.

if u have yahoo messenger u can sign in invisible to avoid him. if u dont want him to im u at all u can even block him. otherwise i think u can report abuse and have yahoo itself take care of it. if u know this guy in real life i think that constitutes as harrassment and u can get an order of protection against him or at least make a report against him. good luck!

Block him as a abuser and refer him to the website like Yahoo or which ever website your on. IM should have a option to ignore or block users from contacting you or simply log in with a new ID. :)

make sure that when you log on your computer you appear as unavailable but other than that this is a case of stocking and you should really contact the police and file a report, keep proof to show police.

I once got rid of a guy doing that to me by (after asking him nicely to back off 3 times) threatening him with a sexual harassment suit.
Boy did he backpedal fast!

You could always change your name all together... Would suck to loose the history of your current name, but if it means enough to you to get him to go away, it would be worth it.
