the stick it self is not in the right position from the start and the shifter seems to no longer go all the way the over to where the other gears are suposed to kick in. plus when i go into where the 1st gear is its third and 2nd is 4th. there seams to be lose ness and firmness where theres not soposed 2 be1

My heart beats so fast that I think I'm dying and its hard to fall asleep cause I dont like the fact that I have no control in my sleep and I fight my sleep a lot. I feel like someone who's getting euthanize...slowly fading away...but fighting to survive. My psych put me on Trazadone...but now I wake up hearing voices/noises when everyone's asleep. I know...I'm crazy in your eyes...but seriously I need help. My psych isnt listening to me.

I, as I said, am an assistant intructor to the junior karate students. One of the students in the class I assist has a problem that all Senseis have observed. basically, this student expresses bordom by attempting to kill himself. If I had to put an age on this student, I'd say he's about 6 or 7. Now obviously at this age he does not know how to kill himself and it is not yet a major concern (the parents are aware of this problem). I fear as he gets older, this will become a major concern. He gets frustrated very easily I try to talk him through it, but being a girl, he doesn't really understand where I'm coming from (he, being so young, understands the viewpoints of the guys) If he can't do simple things as good as the higher ranks, he gets frustated and begins this killing himself syndrome, of course we tell him to stop, it's just I feel for this kid and I am becoming unsure of how to deal with this problem; any suggestions? Thank you.

Sometimes I hear a muffled noise that sounds like a radio that is to far away to make out what is being said. Not music , but the sound of voices having a conversation, that you can't quite make out. I don't know how else to describe it. I hear it at different times when the house is quiet. Could this just be radio waves floating around and I am just right there to hear them?

Four years ago my Dad died and left his assets to 6 children through a trust in the state of ARkansas. The majority of assets were distributed the first 2 years. One piece of land remains that is seemingly land-locked--the adjacent neighbor will not allow access, and none of us can found the legal access road to the land. Our attorney will not help...it seems he just wants to continue to draw out this trust. My sister, the trustee, lives 350 miles away, and chooses to do nothing...HOW CAN WE GET THIS TRUST FINISHED? I am concerned that 10 years from now I will be paying attorney fees to pay the property taxes on this land.

Please give me a direction to get started.

My beta fish's bowl gets disgusting very quickly. The water evaporates very rapidly as well because New Mexico is so dry. Is it safe to cover the bowl with something to prevent these things? Will my fish get enough oxygen?
