I am not here to gripe about my husband. I SERIOUSLY want to know the best way to ask a husband to do something, AND GET IT DONE, without being a nag or a pain in the rear. Things that are "guy" jobs, and that if I do it myself, he says "I was going to do that," even though it has been months since it was called to his attention.
First, how do I make the request?
How long should I wait until asking again?
What if it is something that is causing damage (such as a leaky roof)? Should I do it myself, or call someone to do it, if he does not do it in a certain amount of time? What amount of time?
Maybe there is no solution, but I would gladly take some guy advice.

I hate Christmas and i am prohibited to celebrate it because i am an atheist.But my G.F is Christian and loves dreaded Christmas and celebrates it with a massive party each year.

Then she annoys me to come to her Christmas party,but i cant and dont wanna celebrate Christmas.

We have been fighting over this for the last 3 years and you know what ........i am sick of it.

The fight begins at the start of each December;she invites me to her Christmas party and i say i CANT COME .........and i guess you get the idea(she could be pretty stuborn at times).

So please gimme a good excuse or way to escape from her Christmas party with out pissing her off.

And my parents are also another problem.You see i am all alone in my room during Christmas enjoying myself by playing my favorite video games.Then my parents knock on my door and ask me to sing carols with them.Then i say i dont wanna because i am an atheist and there is a BIG fight between me and my parents.

I work part time in an office. My boss keeps adding the amount of work he expects me to get done, but he won’t increase my hours. We keep having the same argument…he says “Why isn’t this done?” to which I reply, “Because I didn’t have enough time to get it done”. He doesn’t seem to understand that I don’t sit around eating Bon Bons at my desk; I am working as hard as I can and still spinning my wheels. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

i think i might have had a miscarriage but i'm not sure. i had all of the symtoms of one and now i'm having really really bad stomach pains and (i know this is gross) brown discharge with an odor coming out of me. when i go to urinate, it hurts really really bad. i've been kind of sick lately but the dr. didn't know what was wrong with me. do you think i had a miscarriage and still have some left in me that's causing infection?

I am trying to create a Vlookup function with an additional argument to
return if the vlookup function evaluates to #N/A (Below is the code).

It works fine unless the function evaluates to #N/A.

My buddy who is 14 (don't worry it aint me i'm 16) was in a chat room and posted would any girl 12-13 wanna cyber? so a few mintes later someone IMs him. they say hey asl (age sex location). he says you first. she goes 13/f and then she says ou wanna cyber? and before he can say yes she says your IP address has just been reported to the police (this was 4 weeks ago) and then this person said that it was her job to catch people like him online. is wat he did illegal under the law and if so what can happen to him? i think the person who IMed him has done just as bad of a crime, lie about their identity.

I've done the news paper, the kindling, fire lighters, set it going lovely, put the coal on and it still doesn't work. It works for a bit, but not what you'd call a long lasting flame for the evening. It's an open fire, as aposed to the glass shut door type. Maybe I need wood?
