II Corinthians 11:13-15:
For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.

Matthew 24:15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)
Mark 13:14 But when ye shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not, (let him that readeth understand,) then let them that be in Judaea flee to the mountains:
the abomination of desolation is Satan the holy place spoken of here is the local churches so Satan stands in the holy place now, them that be in Judaea is speakin of the elect of God. and the mountains it speaks of here is christ himself so it commands us 2 leave the holy place "churches" and flee unto the mountains.
1John 2:4 He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.
so the command is to leave the churches if you do not obey that command then you are a liar and the truth is not in you.

There is only one Church. The word "catholic" means universal in scope. There are many denominations, but only one Church.
Jesus is the authority to the Church, and uses His people on earth, starting from the pope, who is in a direct line back to St. Peter as head of the Church, and going down to you and me, the members of the Body of Christ.
I'm not saying that the non-Catholic denominations are wrong: if they teach a message of love of God and love of your neighbor, then they have at least a part of the truth. But I believe that the Roman Catholic Church has the fullness of truth.

"Satan." In other words, the flesh of man.
There are only two churches: one is a group of people who are living the commandments and ways of Christ, known as the church of the Lamb, and the other is a group of people who are living contrary to the gospel of Jesus Christ, known as the church of the devil. There are none in-between. A person belongs to one of the two churches regardless of whether he or she claims allegiance to any man-made organized religion. Revelation 3:16 substantiates this truth.
...By the words of Christ, we will judge ourselves. We, alone, know the true intents of how we live our lives. Because the churches of humankind (organized religion) teach doctrines and precepts that specify that a person must perform certain mandated ordinances and practices of the respective church, the Lord specifically mentions that “all the churches shall know” that a person is judged, not by how they obey a church, but by how they obey the words of Christ.
In fact, the "locusts" in Revelation are the kings, presidents, popes, priests, general authorities, worldly leaders, and any other humans who control the actions of their followers and subjects, either by teaching or by command.
You can read more and understand ALL of Revelation in the book at the site below. It explains it all in plainness.

God and His Son Jesus Christ
During the time of the Roman Empire, people throughout the world worshipped all manner of gods, spirits, creatures and the like. The Jewish religion was the first religion that practiced monotheism (belief in one God) and worshipped and promoted one God above all others and that He is the God of Gods. The great I am that I am. The fruition or completion of this Jewish tradition is Jesus Christ, the Messiah and His faith Christianity. Jesus Christ inherits and becomes God of gods, King of kings, and Lords of lords.

Christ alone. And I have to wonder if He's pleased with the level and quality of stewardship that has been placed into the hands of His servants filling the pulpits. Then again, I have to seriously wonder these days just how many of those in the pulpit are really His servants.
