A university student with a history of taping his own practical jokes was hit with a Taser gun by campus police and arrested after loudly and repeatedly trying to ask U.S. Sen. John Kerry questions during a campus forum.

Andrew Meyer, 21, spent a night in jail before his release Tuesday morning. His attorney, Robert Griscti, did not return messages seeking comment.

I want to raise my child in a Christian home. I want my child to know to real meaning of Christmas and not all this commercialized stuff. I don't want her to celebrate to Easter Bunny either. I want to teach my child the real meaning of Christmas and Easter. I don't want my child to celebrate Holloween either. As evil as the devil is, I don't want to give him one day out of the year to celebrate.

So, being a Christian, I feel like the above yet, on the other hand, I think about things like the story of Little Red Riding hood and Cinderella and The Three Little Pigs and those stories are real, but we read them to our children away. Sometimes, I think to myself, what's the harm teaching my child Santa Claus.

I don't want to damage my child Pschologically if all of her friends are celebrating Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny and Holloween. What do you think? Should I just teach my child that as Christians, we have to not follow the world's view of things but destinguish ourselves.

Ken Fuller, the agent in charge of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection station in Mobile, said today that 202 illegal immigrants were arrested in Mobile County during the two-week Operation Uniforce III campaign that ended Friday.

The operation was a full-blown success, Fuller said. Fuller said the number of people arrested isn't as important as the information they gathered from the immigrants.

That information, which included when, how and where they crossed from Mexico into Texas, will help Border Patrol agents seal up the border and stop others from entering Texas.

Fuller said Uniforce III and previous Uniforce operations have been successful in producing numerous arrests, not just of people suspected of being illegal aliens, but of wanted fugitives and alien smugglers. Large amounts of narcotics also have been seized, he said.

The Border Patrol, in partnership with other law enforcement agencies, will continue these operations in the future.

I am looking for a pot belly piglett to become my new pet.
I have done lots of reasearch on how to care for them and im ready, now i just need to find the perfect little piglett.

Here's the deal. I have a homebuilt system that is teaching me as I go along. It's been about 2 years since I overhauled it, and I'm attempting to get a new video card to work in it.

System setup:
P4 2.8ghz processor (non dual or quad core)
2gigs RAM
550wt PowerLabs Power Supply
DVD Drive, 140Gig Texas Instruments HD, ect.

Old graphics card: ATI Raedon X800GT 256mb onboard ram.
New graphics card: nVidia GeForce 8600GTS, 512 mb DDR3 ram (both cards sit in the PCI slot).

Problem:
Ever since installing the new card, I'm having atrocious frame rates. I've installed multiple sets of drivers, I've reinstalled windows, I've called tech supports, ect. I am able to return the GeForce as defective.. but after I boxed it up I plugged inm y Raedon and the framerate problems are still persisting (albeit not as badly) so I'm not sure it's the card.. think ing it may be a power supply issue.

Does anyone have any recommendation on what I could do to turn this mess around? Thanks!

I'm 23, I originally had iritis, which started at age 19 and eventually lead to cataracts in both eyes.

I had cataract surgery about a year ago. After the surgery I got bifocals. The lens that was put into both eyes is unable to focus like a normal lens, therefor I can only see far away, my eye cant focus up close without the bifocals.

I find myself with a constant hurting neck because I have to lift my head up in order to see things infront of me that are close. For instance, I have a desk job, lots of computer work, I cant look directly at the comp because I end up looking through the top part of the glasses so I have to raise my chin a little to be able to look directly at the computer screen through the bottom portion of my glasses.

I was just wondering if anyone else has the same problem? Have you figured out a better way to do things? Should I just get 2 pairs of glasses, although I dont want to constantly have to change glasses depending on what I want to do.

I had his voicemail password throughout our entire 8month relationship. So we argued a lot because I constantly saw that he was involved with no good females. but he never knew how i would find out about them.
