It could mean that she is afraid of your response to her being honest. Do you inquire about a lot of things from her? Do 'you' trust her?
She may have had an affair, I am not sure; but she seems afraid of something. Try being totally open and honest with her, and see where this gets you. Tell her what your feelings are of her being untruthful; and let her know what you suspect. Be reasonable, gentle, and caring.
If this doesn't work, be patient. Maybe you will find something out later w/o even trying.

She's living in a fantasy land. If you value truth, know that you will never 'really' be a part of this dreamer's life anyway. Lose her and wait for someone you can trust.

Liars are bad news in a relationship. True love brings out the best in people and lies are not one of them. Talk about it to her if she doesn't change there may be worse lies to come.....like he really is your baby...This is not something you want to get involved with now, do you?

Isn't that obvious...something is being hidden from you. Get to the bottom of it, or consider moving on. I wouldn't trust a liar.

it means she has something she is hiding from u. if she is avoiding questions it means she isn't comfortable with what she is being ask, and hasn't come up with an alibi for it yet.
