About 7 years ago, i worked for a department store and got caught stealing something. I know, horrible, terrible.. and so dumb. It was seven years ago and have MOST DEF. learned a lesson from it. I got charged with petit larceny and the department store has banned me from going back. It's hard to say with that already being said that I'm a good person, but I am. That was the only and last time I have done ANYTHING illegal... I want to be able to go back to that store and shop, how do i get permission so i don't get charged with trespassing??? please help!!!!

For my assignment I have to write a dialogue that may occur between myself and a child who appears to have been beaten by his mother, but every time I try to write it I feel my character is "leading" the child.

What sort of questions would I ask that wouldn't traumatise the kid even more than he already would be?

What sort of things would a Five year old be likely to disclose to a child care worker about his mother hitting him?

Okay, I respect the fact that she feels the Iraq war is a farce (I agree with that) but why are so many people upset that she was censored. Hey my feelings are that a the censors were on the money in cutting that crap out. There ARE kids at home watching this show with their parents.

My kids are outside a lot, and they all love to go barefoot. Which means, they track in dirt and mud every time they come inside. So i set up a new rule, you either wear shoes or you wash your feet when you come in (I set up a bucket of water and rags right outside the door). This worked for about a day. So i was thinking from now on, to charge them per pair of dirty feet (50 cents for the little kids, $1 for middle kids, $2 for older kids). We already have a swear jar ($10 bucks in the jar per nasty word said). do you think this would work? am i charging too much or not enough? thanks for all answers.

"For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God."—Ephesians 2:8

Many denominations or groups teach a "faith plus" type of salvation. There was a problem in the early church with Jewish converts to Christianity teaching that gentiles also had to keep the law to be saved. This teaching was rebuked by the Paul in the book of Romans. So, why do some continue to base their salvation on how many "good works" they can do?
