The 'vibration' that I most connect with this word is where one 'vibrates' words in prayer or magic, meaning that they allow the energy of the word and it's meaning to take over them and therefor when they say the words they have more meaning and depth, often sounding like they 'vibrate'.

In this sense, yes.
