My wife and I reside in the state of Texas. She left me over a month ago, and we are going to get divorced. She claims that I have to wait to file until she has the baby, stating that this is a Texas law. I am going to talk to an attorney, but I want to get what info I can ahead of time.
Now, I'm in the Army, so she'll get medical for her and the baby until 6 weeks post partum, after which the baby will be covered, but not my wife. She's been causing me a great deal of diffuculty and pain, and I want this over with as soon as possible. If I can get this divorce sooner rather than later, that's what I want to do.

Can somebody please advise me on this supposed Texas law? I'd love to see a link or two with details, if possible. Thanks.

i was wonderin if you need a dealership license to open a used car lot, if its one of those buy here pay here things i didnt think you did. I was told that you can have a certain amount of cars on the lot before you need one but if you have over x amount then you do, how does all that work. I plan on opening a car lot and i would like some information about it because i have alot of questions. And if you do need a dealership liecense where would you go to get one in north carolina, where would you go to get the dealer tags and all that other good stuff to, thanx everyone.

Ok. Let's just say I'm old enough to be laughed at for playing with dolls.

But I use them for acting out stories, like in medieval time settings. For instance, I have all my shelves organized into rooms which I decorate realistically (beds, blankets, picture frames, tables) All my dolls (Barbies, to be exact) have a position - Queen, princess, lady, cook, peasant, servant, etc.

Is that appropriate? I mean, playing with Barbies sounds like a really stupid thing to do, but in this case, they're more like realistic situations of "back when we had king/queens"

Please help take away this concern of mine!

on ebay i want to sell my mini fridge but ebay is teeling me that if i want to sell somthing thenthe payment methods i accept have to be credit cards or online banking. hey im getting a laptop for my 16th birthday and i really want a macinstead of a pc. My sister got a mac at my age, but my mom wants me to get a pc like a sony or dell. And she thinks i only want it because of the free ipod nano that comes with it but the special offer ends today. Do you guys have any thing for me that i can use to tell my mom like information of pc laptops against macs. I know i appreciate her getting me one and how fortunate i am, but i would prefer a mac. She says it is for school, and my sister uses hers for college. And do you guys know if theres gonna be anymore promotions from buying the macs????
