Simon has admitted that Cecilia was no one in particular; he just loved the sing-song aspect of the name. It was one of those songs he loved best from "Bridge Over Troubled Water" because he had such fun writing it. I personally think I was Cecilia, and cheating over in the other room with Icy G. ;-)
