The sultana. Sultana's are a variety of grapes. Since rasins are dried grapes and Sultana's are a very common grape to use for raisins, the Sultana's had tocome first.

sultana.
the sultana came first because the grapes had to be processed and dried to become raisins. raisins are not naturally occuring
