Yes you will need a dealer's license. You also need to be bonded and secured, pass a background check and not have certain offenses on your record. Your credit will be checked, as well. A business license is required, along with the dealer license. You must have a physical location to sell the cars, it cannot be out of your home. Contact your state's business licensing agency, as well as the Dealer Division, which is likely through the DMV office or the Dept of Transportation.

IN FL. YOUR ONLY ALLOWED TO SELL 5 CARS A YEAR .ANY CAR LOT NEEDS A LICENCE. YOU NEED TO BE BONDED AND CARRY INSURANCE ,YOU HAVE A LOT OF PAPPER WORK TO DO FOR THE STATE TOO.IN FL IT'S THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE.THE WAY IT WORKS HERE IS YOU CONTACT DEPT OF AG. ,THEN THEY TELL YOU WHEN AND WHERE YOU CAN SIGN UP TO TAKE A 6 HR COURSE TO GET CERTIFIED THEY TEACH YOU THE LAWS ,HOW TO DO PAPERWORK ,ETC. AFTER YOU GET THE CERTIFICATE THEN YOU GET BONDED, THEN YOU APPLY TO THE STATE FOR THE DEALER LICENCE,THEN YOU HAVE TO FIND THE RIGHT ZONED PROPERTY .HERE IT'S C5 .THEN YOU HAVE DMV COME IN AND INSPECT IT .THEN YOU CAN GO TO THE LOCAL DMV TO GET YOUR TAGS .ALL THE FORMS YOU HAVE TO FILL OUT I BUY FROM A VENDER AT THE LOCAL AUTO AUCTION. YOU CAN GET THEM THROUGH DMV TOO BUT THEY CHARGE MORE.

almost all new vehicle dealerships have used vehicle lots.i could recomend procuring a used srt from a non dodge new vehicle broking. My good judgment is this dodge is attempting to tutor greater resale fee for their vehicles jointly as the competition is attempting to tutor their vehicles have greater resale. So procuring on the competion ability which you're able to have greater wiggle room on the fee.additionally remember maximum vehicle sellers are in basic terms giving public sale fee for commerce ins now use that against them because of the fact they have been given the motor vehicle for a chit shouldn't you besides would.sturdy luck and happy looking.
