Alot of sellers on eBay use PayPal as a method of payment.
To use it, you would have to set up a PayPal account.

you can tell them that the method of payment you want is money order only (don't say personal check is ok, it turns in to a huge pain), you don't have to go through paypal or credit card, but you do have to put your bank info on ebay when you sign up. I will say though that paypal is the best way to buy and sell on there, if you have a bank account. If you don't I don't think you can even sign up on ebay

First you have to go and set an account with ebay. You also need to set up with Paypay. Once you get set up you can start selling. You will have to enter you bank information, like account number so when someone buys something the money will be direct deposited into your account. An email will tell you that they have paided. It is tricky at first when you start selling, Do you know someone that can help you. If not just read everything, you can do it and it is alot of fun and very addicting. With the refridgerator you should list as pick-up only because if will cost you alot to ship..

Either through ebay, or www.paypal.com, you should set up a paypal account. Its a great and secure way to transfer funds. It can take money from a persons bank account, credit card, or whatever, and transfer it to your paypal account. You then transfer it from your Paypal account into your checking account. You can read all the details at the above site. I use it, and its really great. Since then, Ebay bought paypal, so its easily integrated into ebay.

I always use paypal, people can do their thing with their cards and then you get the money. You don't need anything for the cards paypal takes care of it all. I wouldn't take personal checks or money orders, I only accepted paypal becuz its more secure and you know the money is there before you ship
