It's just a part of the food. Vegetables have fat in them, too. Ever heard of corn oil?

Additional: Guess what, lv_consultant and reddhotz2000? Olives and avocados are two fruits which contain a lot of fat. And yes, they are fruits.

Fruits are healthy low calorie dense foods that contain plenty of vitamins and fiber.

Fruits don't make you fat, eating more calories than your body burns makes you fat.

No there isn't, and IF there is, it's negligible. Yahoo 'fats in fruits' and you will have 7.5 MILLION sites that say the same thing.
