READ IT BEFORE YOU SAY "OH NOT HIM AGAIN"!
Damned cheek - people DID answer properly. I for one told you that you have receding gums and that the only person to cure it is a dentist; other people have also told you to see a dentist too for you may well have a wisdom tooth coming though, and as these are invariably more trouble than they're worth - you're already experiencing THAT! - you should have it (or them) removed - painlessly. Please take my word for that for I was once having a normal six-monthly dental 'clean-up' and took no notice of all the pulling and tugging which the dentists seemed to be doing, and it wasn't until he had finished that he told me he'd removed BOTH of my top wisdom teeth - and I didn't even know what he was doing, it's THAT painless - so get yourself round there to see him! ++

Suddenly getting spaces between your teeth can be a problem. Even if you're in your twenties, your teeth can still be moving around and filling in (especially if you haven't had your wisdom teeth removed). Your dentist will probably suggest a night guard to wear just at night so your teeth don't move any more.
If the pain in your jaw is specifically on one side, it is probably because your teeth aren't all touching in the back when you bite down. This can create extra stress on your jaw muscles which leads to more pain.
The little dimple-like holes in your teeth are normal especially if they are symmetrical on both sides of the mouth. It doesn't mean you have cavities.

If you went to the dentist for a cleaning and you suddenly had spaces you never had before its because of the tarter build up. Its like having plaque turn in to cement and it makes your gums recede. Once they scrape off the tarter you will have spaces where that had formed around the teeth. Your bone around your teeth also has been deterated. So imagine healty tissue with food stuck to it and never removed it will start to destroy the healty tissue and bone and of course spaces will be formed. Your tissues are red because they can breath again. Its like working out for the first time your sore and painful untill your body gets used to it. The damage is done you must try to see your dentist on a frequent basis so you won't have bigger spaces. I hoped this helped . If you have any questions contact me.

You need to see an orthodontist right away.
