To stop a car you require first a certain reaction time to begin breaking; then the car slows under a constant breaking deceleration. Suppose that the total distance moved by your car during these two phases is 186 ft when its initial speed is 50mi/h, and 80 ft when the initial speed is 30 mi/h. What are a) your reaction time and b) the magnitude of the deceleration.

Its the time of year that all Muslims fast. As I got older I questioned the things fed to me over the years and I became an atheist. Today I just got off from an 8 hour shift-I'm tired and thirsty. But I can't go into the kitchen to grab a drink because my relative are over and I can't let them know that I left Islam. Id be very shameful for my family and they'd shun me...Although I think they're the ones who should be ashamed. This is the type of stuff that keeps me from progressing by about forgetting the cult-Islam. What do I do?

My son goes to a county licensed in home daycare provider he has been going there for over a year now. Lately I been a little concerned about her care of him however he seemed very happy there ect. Well on Friday I went to pick him up and the lady was waiting outside. She was like I have something bad to tell you we were playing a game trying to get one of the other kids 2 eat. hitting kids on the backside with spoons. She claims it was a game and she didn't realize how heavy handed she is and didn't mean to hurt my son. But he got 3-5 bruises on his backside from this apparent "GAME" what would you do? My mom, and 2 of my aunts, & brother is very upset about it and wants him out, my dad is like well she told you so just take him back Monday like nothing happened.

i have a 5 gallon aquarum an have 2 neon tetra and 2 guppies i just bought another neon tetras from the pet store and a algie eater. its just been the first day and ive noticed one of the tetras seam to be nipping at the other 2 i think its the new one but not to sure. is their a problem or do u think they will stop this behavior?

I found a baby garter snake and i am keeping it in an aqurium....i dont know how old he is but he is about 30 cm's long and i cannot get him to eat....or what to feed him.. i have been giving him worms/slugs/grasshopers and now i need to know what to do. I was wondering when will he be done with "A" school and what happens after that. He signed up for 4 years so what will he be going through?
