The Clash. That kinda is the obvious choice, other than the Sex Pistols, but they are a great band. The lyrics, the basslines, the guitar, etc. Everything about them made them good. My favorite song is "Complete Control" or "London Calling".

The Clash are kind of "Main Stream" Punk, but I love them, and of course the Sex Pistols "Anarchy in the UK" is a great Punk anthem
