Someone said try shadow boxing with small weights in your hands. Is this a good idea? I know I can punch harder coz I suck at those boxing games at the arcade but I can lift heavy boxes all day (30kg)

What I mean by that is what characteristics and features do you have to look for in each dog in order to tell what breed they are? For example how do you tell the difference from say a doberman pincher, and say a rottweiler terrier, or any of the dog breeds that there are? Also where did they get their names from such as boxer, pitbull, doberman pincher, and so forth and so forth? Thanks for your answers in advanced.

Any ideas to save on income tax before one has to start making withdrawals from IRA?
I thought one way would be if you're 67 years old and you know you will have major medical expenses in these next 2 years, should you withdraw some out of your IRA since you will be able to deduct the medical expenses from your taxes? Otherwise, if you wait till 70 1/2, then you will not have the deduction benefit.
Any other ways to save income tax when you start making IRA withdrawals?

I'm 21 years old and fixing to finish my A.A (I know I'm a little behind, had trouble with finishing one class). I have considered many fields in the human services field, however none seem to spark an interest. I have a creative personality, I like to write(and good at it), and I like variety. I have thought about becoming a nurse but the idea of that much responsibility and seeing incompetent nurses and doctors makes me wary, also I'm not that good at math(hence the wait on the class-college algebra.) I like politics, keeping up with news, and want a job that helps people.(Also considering social work). Any jobs that anyone know of that emcompasses love for advising people, creative writing(or informational), i like to talk, and like to move around and be outside(though not a must). just some feedback, thanks!

My District Police not accepts case on other district person,But I want to lodge a criminal case against that person staying in another district. how could I start my issue in court to make the person to come to my district and appear in my district court. whom to approach? Some of us have experienced a broken marriage, some of us have lost a spouse to death.
Do you, as seniors, feel that a loss due to divorce (that you did not want) can be as devastating as a death of a spouse?

Example: Jane Doe's husband finds another love and divorces her. She is devastated because it is truly a death of a marriage to her but very hard because this person is still alive and it hurts a lot.
Example 2: Jane Doe's husband dies and she receives sympathy cards, and her friends rally around her with love and encouragement.
Point I am trying to make: Do you consider one more devastating than the other? If so, please express your opinions. I hope I worded this correctly. Any loss is sad but...how do you feel?

This is placed in the Senior Citizens section because we have lived longer and are more aware of the impact both of these have.

I could use some pointers for taking photos pf people please. I have always only taken photos of children...happy beautiful photos but now I am in Romania with a huge Gypsy community here. I see such despair and brokeness in them, most are beggers from age 4 to 70 or even 80...I would like some tips in shooting their photos to capture the despair....
