I think the one point everybody on the pro-choice and pro-life side on abortion should be able to agree upon is that the government should not be subsidizing the act of abortion (defined as the removal of a fetus from a pregnant woman's body and the killing of that fetus). If we are going to have legal abortion, why not require women who choose to abort their babies to pay for it themselves instead of receiving a handout from everybody else? If women can't afford the abortion, they can find a charity that will pay for it or just have their baby.

I don't think anybody wants to increase the number of abortions (afterall, we don't have enough babies being born as it is and abortion is definitely morally questionable), so why are we allowing the government to subsidize them?

Ok battery went dead. New battery fitted not long ago. New rectifier also. Checked the output from the alternator and seems fine with 13.5 - 14.5 volts AC.(Before the connector block,so getting feed from the Alternator) When I connect the connector block from the alternator to the rectifier back up it only reads around 4.5 AC. Is this normal? Had this problem a few months ago and it was a lose connection at the connector block. Ive checked them and they seem fine as when I check output voltage at the block(disconnected) the voltage is as above.Its only when I connect it al back up that I get this reading.
Anybody?????????

I'm studying abroad winter semester in Paris, and I would like to visit Italy as well. I was thinking that I would fly into Milan, and then I would like to see Venice, Florence, and Rome. I noticed that it was somewhat expensive to take the train to these various cities. What is the best way to travel from city to city? Does anyone know of a good website to find train tickets? Also, where is the best place to stay, certain hotels? I'm still new to all of this.

I am finally starting to notice that my sides are starting to get a little bigger than what they were in my high school years. we bought a home together last year and have been equally splitting the mortgage since then. however, i put down the majority of the down payment on the home. can someone help me figure out an equation by which to determine who owns what percentage of our home--as in if i wanted to buy it from him, or vice versa, how would we go about figuring out what that value/number would be?

They say that all the terms are the same, but I'm wondering what keeps us from bringing them back the car a month older with 2500 miles on it? And at what point is it final if they can do this a month later? I had already signed the big long sheet with all the terms, the bank name and all that on it...what are my rights here? I was thinking about this last night...earlier in the book they started that the sword that was in the head masters office was a fake (the one in the bank vault) Harry finds the real one in the woods; they use it to get the cup in the vault and it's swallowed up in all the mess, along with the fake one; but Nevil uses the sword to swing at Valdermort, where did it come from? Or did I miss something?

Yesterday Nancy Pelosi asked Gen. Petraus if his plan was ultimately to keep us in Iraq for 10 years.

Given that anywhere from 2,500 to 7,500 Iraqis are killed each month, most of them innocent civilians, and about 60 to 100 American soldiers are killed each month, 10 more years there would mean, CONSERVATIVELY, about 9,000 more dead American soldiers, probably anther 18,000 to 24,000 Americans wounded, and CONSERVATIVELY, another 420,000 Iraqi CIVILIANS killed in 10 years.

So, are you OK with all these dead innocents and all these dead soldiers? And what does that say about you?

And, what do you think Iraq will be like in 10 years if we stay that long?
