Although technically not "supported", does it work?

I built a system for someone last christmas with a nforce chipset. The bridge came with the motherboard. They made it clear not to loose it or I was SOL for SLI. With crossfire you get a bridge with the card(at least with some of them). So if you bought a 680i board and two 2900xt cards... What else do you have to do?

Why bother? Because the 2900xt is $140 cheaper than a 8800GTX. That is $280 when you buy two. After much research the nVidia 680i is the best motherboard chipset out for the core2, and after further research I do not see a $140 performance difference between an 8800GTX. In fact in some areas the 2900xt is much faster.

Not only that it would share the wealth to all three companies: Intel, AMD/ATI, and nVidia. No one would get hurt feelings and you'd be loyal to all three! Everyone is a winner. Just like kindergarten again! LOL!

I know that telling on a fellow officer is a difficult thing but I think we all agree that sometimes it's necessary. After all, if you know an officer is constantly breaking the law to enforce the law and they put your life and reputation in jeopardy how can you trust this person to have your back?

I'm talking about the kind of person who steals evidence, uses confiscated drugs, and has shot at suspects just to scare them even when they were not armed or a threat to the rogue officer. They just push buttons to get a reaction from harmless suspects that did not commit a crime.

Also, would you really be comfortable sharing your most intimate details with a rogue badge and spending time talking with them about your personal life during breaks in patrol hours?

I do not find it easy to report a dirty fellow officer but what are the other options? I'm interested in hearing from other colleagues who have faced the same dilemma of honoring the code or doing the right thing.

We recently got a border collie mix. Now that he and our cat have gotten used to each other, they are playing and have become great friends. But one behavior of the cat's really has us puzzled. He seems to get off on sticking his muzzle as far as possible into the dog's ears...licking, rubbing his face over the area, holding onto the dog's head for dear life so the dog won't pull away. The cat does this at every opportunity when the dog will allow it. Actually, the dog seems to like it, but the cat acts like he is high on catnip after doing this. It's funny as all get-out, but why does he do it?

I desperately need to replace the alternator belt on my 1994 nissan sentra, but cannot figure out how to do it without having to remove every other belt in the engine, since it is the interior belt of 4 belts. Anyone have any advice or instruction? I am no mechanic, but capable of doing anything with step-by-step instruction. Help?!
