I've tried saying "suilaid" and "le suilon" into the mic when I'm placing my order, but all I end up with is an extra cup of onion ring sauce. Maybe he's just shy, or trying to avoid the paperwork of the Illinois Elven Registration Act . . . how can I find out if he's Elven or not?

Ask him if he can tell you where Kalimdor is! then he'll be a night elf... or ask him if he knows Elrond! he might play LOTRO. i hope ur talking about MMORPGs cause if not were not on the same page! i just googled the illinois Elven registration act and ur question came up as the first result! ok i got nothing wat r u talking about? do u think hes cute? and ur Elven and u just want something to talk about? ask if he likes orcs! I've never heard of elven before you could just ask him but that might be offenseve.

He may be Elven and not know it. Perhaps it has never been discusses in his family.

Elves cannot be affected by magic, so roll a 12-sided die and try to use a light spell on him, such as a level 2 head lice spell.
Then again, this might not be a conclusive test, if he's one of those BK employees with head lice to begin with.

could try a hold person spell, or mesage cantrip, or perhaps suggestion. what level are you? If your a barbarian you could kill him then get a cleric to speak with dead. get a crystal ball, or someone to do identify = very expensive for first level, but might be worth it.
