Okayy, so my friends and I are going to throw a surprise bday party for our other friend. her bday is like 4 days before halloween, so would it be a good idea to throw a costume/halloween party? We are like underclassman.....or would that just be dorky? Any good costume ideas or decorating itdeas

It sounds like fun! The only thing is, since it's a surprise, she won't be in costume. So prepare a costume for her. You could dress her as a queen or princess, or you could give her a tiara, banner, scepter, and rose, and say she's Miss America!
