Okay. Recently I posted a question as to what this thing was....

But thanks to one of the people who tried to help me figure it out, now we have more pictures at this link:

I still don't believe this is a giant sea turtle nor a whale.

You can see a sort of reptile-ish face, almost prehistoric, as well as arm like things near its head and fins as legs in the back followed by a tail. The black stuff on it's back seems to quite possibly be scales, just like an alligator???

Any thoughts? Thanks!

I am a 28 yr old male. I'm not in very good shape and Im overweight. I also have had high blood pressure for about 8 yrs., 145/80 on average. I recently went to a cardiologist for palpitations.
He did a 24 hr holter monitor and seen i had on average 1 PVC per minute (1300 somethin he said) in 24 hrs.
He said that i shouldnt worry about them as long as they dont occur in groups. He also did a echocardiogram and said my right atrium was just a little large, again; he said nothing to worry about. He then did a stress test. My pulse rate got as high as 158. He said he saw a few PVC's during that but not enough to worry. So anyways, he said I should just keep taking my atenolol 50mg bid and to not worry. He said to call him if I begin to get PVC's in groups of 3 or more or have any chest pain. What do you think of this opinion, should I relax and just listen to him?

My friend asked me for advice and since I don't know, I thought I'd ask the Y!Community!

My friend has been renting out his second house (In California, USA) to a family for almost a year. Over the past six months they got later and later paying the rent ($1100). Two months ago he reduced the amount to $900 so that they could pay it. Last month they only paid $600 and this month only $300.

This has put my friend in very bad financial situation. He has another friend that wants to rent the house but doesn't know how to go about evicting his current tennants.

Unfortunetly, there is no lease and everything was done verbally. Legally, how does he proceed?

Okay so I'm in NY, and I stop at a rest area. This crazy red-headed lady has about 17 kids with her and they are ALL BARE FOOT walking around inside the rest area, etc. The rest area floors, of course, are wet, soaked in urine and feces and god knows what else. Without thinking I said outloud "Oh my god they're bare foot" to my sister who was with me. So this lady says "YEH what about it??" So I said, "Oh sorry, I just was looking at how dirty the floors were." Then she says "they have tough feet." Should I have called Child Protective Services? The cops? I didn't say anything else to this hideous beast of a person. What would you have done?
