Okay. Recently I posted a question as to what this thing was....
http://www.cryptomundo.com/wp-content/uploads/giant-turtle-001.jpg
But thanks to one of the people who tried to help me figure it out, now we have more pictures at this link:

I still don't believe this is a giant sea turtle nor a whale.
You can see a sort of reptile-ish face, almost prehistoric, as well as arm like things near its head and fins as legs in the back followed by a tail. The black stuff on it's back seems to quite possibly be scales, just like an alligator???
Any thoughts? Thanks!

It's not a turtle. If it was a giant turtle or something else unusual, it would have made news all over, rather than just this one website, which is not an accredited news source. I believe it's a whale hide.

You are making a lot of judgements based on some mediocre photos.
The 'scaling' looks more like burnt skin- bad sun burn, etc. Its 'head' is more likely the pelvis or something since there is no sign of a throat or other common mouth structures.
The 'top' of the animal is probably the bottom and the whole thing is upside down. As was mentioned, the flippers look pretty much exactly like a whale's flippers- much more than it does a reptile's.
We need to be careful to not see patterns that are not there- it is easy to assume that it is right-side up, etc., but there is no solid evidence there that it is.
If it WAS a turtle, where are the skeltal elements, eye sockets, tongue or tongue attachment points, beak cutting surfaces, shell structure, scales, etc.?
I see lots of smooth skin- which strongly suggests mammal. I see whale-like flippers. I see very soft and tender-looking skin, which suggests it is supposed ot be the bottom of the animal.
I still think it is a whale's belly.

Whale carcases famously rot out to look dinosaur-ish, due to the support for the baleen plates, and in some cases, the exposure of the vestigial, unconnected back "leg bones" and pelvis remnants. The huge jaws of basking sharks give a similar effect to the baleen plates of whales.

due to the advanced state of decomposition, and no x-rays to be mentioned, and no close ups for the black on the back, my guess.... whale also. No shell, the back actually looks more like dried and burned. the fins could be from either? the rest isn't there.
but fun to look at! thank you

It looks to me like a computer-made hoax from one of the Cryptozoology sites that my son likes. He is 13 and believes in Bigfoot and the Loch Ness Monster. This looks like the type of thing that would be posted on that type of site.

It looks to me to be a badly decomposed sea turtle. But, it kinda reminds me of the brain bug on Starship Troopers though...lol
