I would like to purchase a high quality blender and am looking for suggestions. It would be used most often for making smoothies, frozen drinks, and blending soups. Must be able to blend ice without leaving big chunks or burning out. Thanks!

I was getting bullied by this kid in school for the past 3 months..He was always pushing me and slapping me on the head and making fun of me...Him and his friends are jerks....2 days ago he pushed me in school and I fell down these 3 steps in the middle of the hallway in front of everyone. I was never afraid of the kid...but I just didnt want to start anything....I couldnt take it anymore after that....see When him and his friends were busy laughing.....I pushed him in the back and when he turned around I punched in the face and then when he fell I got on top of him and lost it. I ended up breaking his nose, his jaw, and his eye socket in two places..and everyone thinks im a crazy person now....but atleast no one is goona eff with me anymore...The cops said there is a chance I could go to prison....WTF!!! Was I wrong for what I did? Maybe so.....but i feel so good that, that f*ck is messed up.. what are your thoughts.. was I wrong?

Of course anti-believers will say believers are the ones afraid to die that's why we "invented" an afterlife.But are you atheists really so comfortable with your concept of dying...the end? I have actually known this feeling all too well as I'm sure many have,it feels like life has no purpose that there is no reason for even being here,and it is very scary to feel so insecure and meaningless.There is an answer to that emptiness though,I'll let you guess what it is...ok now lets hear all those defensive answers...

i took a gamble and made a move. it ensured a career but it cost me a girl and friends. i moved home after and worked on the career/focused on advancing, took time off from girls/not many hookups and two years later i'm on the right track, back out there searching for girls/more opportunities, etc. does sacrificing your present for the overall good of your future balance out?

for ex. irish, german, italian, etc. or irishi-american, italian-american, etc. Those are nationalities, and you are only that if you come from those countries yourself. It has nothing to do with people related to you from 100's of yrs. ago. What if a black person was from Ireland or whatnot? Would you call them Irish too? Or would they just be "black"?

I am confused on this, I am Power of Attorney for my grandparents and in the papers for the Power of Attorney it states that I can sell off land/rent/lease - I am also the only one listed in their will as receiving this land when they pass. I thought about selling off the land since I do not live close to the property and it is just deteriorating since it's now abandoned. The Nursing Home stated to me that I cannot sell the land, if I do- the money goes to the Nursing Home. How could I sell this land without the money going to the nursing home? Do I need to seek a Real Estate Attorney to do this? Thanks for anyones help on this!

A man walked into his back yard one morning and found a gorilla sitting in a tree, staring back at him. He tried unsuccessfully to get the gorilla to leave, so he called a gorilla-removal service, and soon a serviceman arrived with: a stick, a Chihuahua, a pair of handcuffs, and a shotgun.

I am an aspiring actress, and the more I get involved in the business, the more I realize that the time is coming when I am going to have to cry on cue.
