it just depends on the natural undertones in your skin. if you have a warm complexion, your going to want to go with a more orange toned red, and if your complexion is cool, you'll want to go with more of a blue based red.
I have medium-dark brown hair, blue eyes, and a light complexion, and blue based reds are some of my best lipstick colors.
with your blonde hair, you should probably try a warm based red or just a red lip gloss.
I don't usually recommend Clinique products, but they do have a really pretty warm toned red lipstick that I'm guessing would look really pretty on you.
I suggest going by their counter and trying it on before you buy anything.
Good Luck.

Which ever you decide on just make sure the red is the deepest darkest red there is. I see women try to pull off wearing red lipstick and they always manage to get a light one. Makes them look like they were sucking on a sucker for goodness sakes! The darker the red will also make your teeth look white! You might have to buy a few to get the one that will set your look. Tell me if you don't normally wear red then why start? Why not a tinted lip gloss? They have such great looking ones that look so natural...

red is without a doubt the hardest shade to wear and wear well. you need to know if you are warm or cool.... then if you want true red or deep red.... then if you want a creme or shiny finish....
go to different places and try different shades on the back of your hand to see which compliments your skin tone... if you put them on your lips first, you will have a hard time getting the color off to try the next, and it will be frustrating to find a nice shade.

Sheer reds are the easiest to wear.
Revlon Super Lustrous Lip Gloss in Cherries in the Glow is a sheer, neutral, easy to wear red.

It all depends on your skin coloring...red lipsticks are either orange toned or blue toned...a good make up counter assistant will be able to tell you which is which....brunettes usually suit the blue toned and blondes the ornage toned....

i think of you will possibly seem solid with garnets, wines, and blood reds. attempt to keep away from the pinker reds. it might draw way too lots interest on your mouth, and in all risk no longer the solid style. Deep, delicate reds. Yup.

Go to a MAC counter and have the salesperson try out different red colors on you against your skin tone. Everyone looks good in something different! :)
