I was making breakfast this morning and as i was pouring in the milk, my kettle swiched itself on.... I thought How odd, then i realised that the water in the kettle was already hot, and i was the only person in the house.

My brother is working cash in hand and has been for over a year... With no contract.. (he likes the job etc and for obvious reasons hasnt questioned the employer!)

I worry for him that if the Inland revenue came calling, it'd be him that got in trouble..Though he's adament it'd be the employer.... Who's actually liable for fraud in this situation?? Both?

What does it mean when a person who is already married for 5 yrs and is in constant touch with a married woman only over email and not seen each other and knows many of the problems of the woman's married life (if only the man has seen her photo ) and says that he misses her a lot , I always think of you etc.

I'm not depressed I just feel very edgy, lose my temper easily and overreact to things. Please don't tell me to go for counselling!

I'm taking 5htp at night plus Valerian and Rhodiola Rosea each morning.

I need something to help me mellow out!

I don't do prescription drugs because of the side effects.

Please don't suggest hard drugs.

but my problem is he is not understand my feelings, som times he used to talk harsly,hurts me. aft that i i'm upset,he come and tel me tat i just kid u dear.i think that he is not loving me and no affectionate to me.From his office he'll come at 7.30pm. i have just 2 hrs to spend time with him. in that mean while i used to talk (abt my family,frnz and his family). we used to go out aft 8.30 to 9. but he is not interested to hear me. offen saying that i'm talking more, and not interested to hear other peoples problem. just 2-3hrs v r being together aft that v used to sleep. in that 2-3 hrs he like to talk abt something abt sex. i'm so upset in his behavier, this makes me to feel sad, i dont no wat to make him to feel happy? plz tel me how to get his love&affection.

ok, i was working in the office this morning ( i work as an insurance broker) and i'm reading over a policy.. and i spot this..

"2.1. these special exclusions shall not apply to loss or damage resulting from an act of God
2.2 the burden of proving that loss of or damage to property insured results from an act of God shall be upon the insured."

how do you define what an act of god? is there a specific god to which these pertain? how on earth can you prove somethings an act of god?

bareing in mind that this is a live policy ( aka, it's in effect now, so it's not something that's 20 years old or something)

Hiya, like most women i am fed up with periods.... although it is a relief when you get them.

I am on microgynon at the moment but i am considering going onto the injection or the implant. My main concern is that it might not work for some reason and then i wont have a period to alert me soon enough? I am also concerned that if i choose to have children later on in life it might somehow affect my fertility. I went on the injection once and i didn't have a period for a year, even though it was only meant to be 6 months.

I need sensible mature advice please

I've answered and posted Q&A in relation to illegal aliens and border crossings criminals my question now is "is there a politician wise enough to create REFUGEE CAMPS?" if the situation is SOOOOOO bad in one's home country why don't we just create you a refugee camp like those we fund elsewhere? I know they're not fun and no safer than the woerst ghetto a citizen must endure ... but surely it must be better than whence they/you come/came ..... surely you won't have to kill children or be enslaved to a diamond trade or be forced to attest a faith to which you don't believe... Is it just me or is it very wrong to adress a female of the same age group or younger as ma'am? I get this all the time, Im 19 and men alway call me ma'am. Am i right to be offended? Its not that I feel like an old maid, it just defeats the pourpose if you just use any honorific you want.
