What can I do for this?

I try to stay away from most meds, (because I am very chemically sensitive)

I have PCOS, could this cause it?

As for the issue of being sensitive to medications, the medications be made in a base for those that are very sensitive.

Yes, the PCOS could have something to do with it but also ask your doctor about checking your thyroid levels because women with PCOS are also prone to having thyroid problems. One of the symptoms with thyroid problems is that of not being able to sleep.
