Dual question . . . wait let me think . . . yes, everything good and bad comes from ones mind. Human mind is the most powerful mind available in the Universe, don't forget that. And finding something beyond the mind is POSSIBLE. It's deeply spiritual, and it's very unfathomable. Take unexplained supernatural occurrences.

Yes, you create your own reality. By what you say, do, and even the intentions you never follow up on. The kind of thoughts you think influence your life as well. You bring to you what you send out. In other words, you walk around depressed and you will attract depressed people. This is all the mind at work.
But there is "beyond the mind". The spiritual.

It is in fact true that good and bad come from the mind... beginning with thoughts, actions follow, and the results...either good or bad, if u accept...you have begun a long journey to accepting truth or if u think its because of someone other than yourself inflicted it upon u then, you are even on a longer journey towards deception.

now, to find something beyond mind and matter, you must be willing to go deep and cross the mind and matter barrier. Look deep inside.... quietly...being still...deep inside...takes time though...be patient...its there.

no it's not impossible to find something beyond the mind some people just have a sensory mind and sometimes they know the outcome even before it actually happens.

It's not impossible to "find" something beyond the mind. It's keeping it there and understanding it is hard.

it could be true.i do believe we plant the seeds in our head that come up sooner or later in different forms be it anger or happiness.whatever is beyond mind we might be able to connect with but only momentarily.when we die though we might be able to connect with it fully thats why we should do some spiritual practice to try to connect with it as much as possible now so we recognize it when we die.

i don't necessarily agree with this statement...i think there are things beyond our minds which is where our learning begins...we don't have those ideas they are given to us or sought out by other questions already in our minds and we receive the information from others...
