Dating a girl who seems to be playing by the book "The Rules" where you ignore a guy and act standoffish. The theory is that by doing so, you will attract an "Alpha Male."

I think this is lame and don't want to play games. I also don't want to be with someone I get by playing a game.

Does this make me less than the Alpha Male? Does this mean I am relegated to dating inferior women? What should I do?

(When we are actually together, we have a wonderful time otherwise I would just blow her off)

I am having a problem at work with my boss. She is also rude to me but latley she has become worse also I submitted a vacation request for around christmas at which she told me she would not approve because a transfer employee will be in our office soon and she knows that she has childern ( I do not have any kids) and she will probably want the time off. She also told another empolyee ( not a manager) that she wanted me gone and that things would be better if I found another job and that she was ready to fire me.
This is coming from my boss that is always calling in and documenting on her time. Taking vacations days that she does not have, etc. For the past 3 months I have produced more production then her and the other agent in the office. I always do what she asks. I do get a little smart with her when she gets rude with me but, I do not see why I should let her walk all over me and treat me like I am nothing. Need advice. Help Please!!

the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights?

I am taking an ethics class and there are supposed to be contradictions in the Declaration if a couple of the articles were upheld together, they would contradict each other.

The teacher says there are many. Do you know of any? Help please. You can find the declaration on many websites but this one is pretty cool.

i hate my period so much.. I get cramps at four in the morning and they last one hour each. They hurt so much. It feels like some one is stabbing me nonstop, i would even jump off a building to make it stop. Thats how painful it is. I HATE IT. it makes me so unhappy to be a girl. Its not fair. Gils have to go throught with puberty, periods, birth, while men only have to deal with the pubic hair and the growing. Thats it. Why do women have to go through more pain. men always say they know what its like but they dont, we have to go throught more pain then they do. All that plus u feel icky and slimey and for the first three or four days its a havy flow and i just have to keep on changing and u get those crappy mood swings. Theres really no question, but what are we getting from this. Why cant we just get our periods when we have babies.
