Are Home Depot employees involved in the decision making of the company? If yes, how!? I need help!

It would depend on how high up in the corporate ladder they are. Only the high management are really active in the decision making of a company. They could of course ask for the opinions of the lower ranking employees, but the opinion of one employee would be hard to sway the decision of a company. Of course if the majority of the employees feel the same way then it could make a difference.

At a large corporation like Home Depot, they are trying to present a consistent image and follow similar policies in all stores. So there isn't a lot of independent decision making for one employee in a store. They need to follow the policy and be nice to customers.
