Im engaged and getting married (happily) next yr. My ex who cheated on me in 2004 then wanted to wrok things out suddenly emailed me out of the blue about a week or so ago. I deleted the emailing having nothing to saying (I haven't said ANYTHING to him since about....early 2006... and even that conversation was an arguement. We argued every other day from 04 to 06 when I finally switched schools. We broke up on complete bad terms and have not been friends. BUT not only does he email me, he finds me on myspace and tries to write me there AND calls my aunt's house (he used to call me there when we were together)! I dont know what to do. My fiancee' is very trusting so he doesn't care if I email him or not. I dont have anything to say to him! Ive read his messages, he just wants to share his life happenings.
Should I write him back? What do I say? Do i wave my wedding in his face? Should I keep ignoring him? You think he stalking me? (he lives in another state)

I have the following problem:

Company A generates $1500 in revenue. They disburse $200 in dividends. The company also spends $300 on expenses, and invests $400 in land. Create a balance sheet.


Now, from what I understand: Assets = Liabilities + Stockholder's Equity. So, we have:

$1500(revenue) - $300(expenses) - $400(land) = $800 income. Subtracting the dividend of 200 leaves $600 net income.

No liabilities were listed.

Stockholder's equity would be the retained earnings, which are income (800) minus dividends (200). So, that's $600

600(cash asset) + 400(land asset) = 0(liabilities) + 600(stockholder's equity).

What's up with this? 1000 does not equal 600!

Last year I had a convulsiotn tha lahstc severla hours, and afternwrlds I couldnt' rembmer things for three mohts and coudljtn drive for about two meonths.

The house has mold problems the & previous owners had to move out. Now it is on the market & the price is approximately half of what it would be if it had no mold. As far as I've learned, there are no other problems such as foundation, roof, electrical or plumbing that could be considered as costly repairs. The appliances will need updating and electrical fixtures also. The bathrooms also need updating. I don't know the source of the mold and can't seem to find out. The lender now owns the property because the original owners could not keep it and do the repairs required by law. What do I do to correct the mold problem if I purchase the house & will I need bio hazard people to get involved? What will be my cost for this? I'm new at flipping with some building experience & do not want to make costly mistakes. I don't want to be discourged but helped with a solution. I was sick & could not maintain my job. Now my family & I need this job. At 54 it is extremely difficult to get a new job.

I used to live in Chicago but have moved to Las Vegas. While in Chicago I worked as an assistant manager at a hardware store. In May as I was leaving the store one day I got into a verbal scuffle with another assistant manager. As he was storming back into the store he said to me "why don't you go F_ _ _ yourself". I was off duty he was still on duty. I was just going to let it go but some people have told me that I should sue them. The only thing they did to him was yelled at him he wasn't even suspended or anything. Has my statute of limitations run out or do I still have time? Also does it matter that I have moved? This has really been hard on me. I have looked for work out here and the thought of getting back into retail has given me panic attacks and I cry about it almost every day. What should I do?
