I'm going through a situation with someone very close to me who is dating someone (and planning to marry), who many years ago was reported for molesting a child. The person close to me believes that the person is a very good man, and wouldn't ever do it again- "It was a one time thing" and he went through counseling. I don't believe that he wouldn't do it again. And more- I'm not going to take that chance- I have 3 children to look out for. What do you think?

I'm friends with the manager of a new Mexican restaurant in my town. They really needed a bar tender, because everyone that works there is a young kid that can't even touch the alcohol. Anyways they started me last night. I'm only 18, and though I'm serve safe certified I don't have a bar tending license. Is this legal or do I need to have a license and be 21?

1. (sqrt(x+4) - 3)/(x-5)

2. (sqrt(x+4) - 3)/(sqrt(x-5))

I've started out by multiplying both functions by the conjugate of (sqrt(x+4)+3) but I still have the problem of having (x-5) on the bottom which gives me an answer of undefined.

How do I get rid of (x-5)?

I have a rendered shed and have painted the outside with emulsion but on the back ive painted on a water repellent .Im concerned that the fumes have crept through the render past the e.m.l wire and under the plastic black type underlay and through the ply sheeting and through into my room airspace.I'm suffering a reaction in my ears and have been told its due to something im breathing in,ive emptied the room of anything suspect but still have the problem.As normal i get absolutely everyone telling me how weird this is and yes it sounds it...but have looked on the back of tin and repellent says that it could be hazardous...back of shed is unseen and chose the repellent as there are trees behind it...any ideas?
