yankees sweep sox. this question is specific to the ignorant boston fans who told me earlier in the season that alex rodriguez sucks and that big papi should be mvp. what do you think now.

Not being a Yankee or Sox fan the only thing think is that the Yankees are still 5 games out. This is one series and you still have ground to make up. You think the Yankee fans arent just as ignorant. Trust me all of us outside your little Yankee-Boston world get great ammusement at the stupidity of both fans.

Jessica It proves nothing. Im a big Yankee fan and it was only one series not the season. We're still 5 games back and if we letdown thsi weekend it could be back up to 8. Tampa Bay always playus tough and theres not let down in them. The only good that came out of yesterday was that we took over the wildcard lead. Thats big!

It's funny, how you can't get three Redsox fans together without a "Yankees suck" chant braking out. And yet we're the 2nd graders for saying Redsux. I hold Redsox fans one step above soccer hooligans, which I hold two steps below baboons.

I never said this, so you must be referring to other Red Sox fans.The Yankees brought it in this series, they were the better team, I'll give them props.We'll see who is still standing in October.
I agree w/ Georgie, we'll see who is playing in the playoffs and who isn't.
