Do you need a D.L. to drive a motor scooter? What are the guidelines to ownership and registration?

My spouse lost his D.L. to DUI 15 years ago. Since we are having trouble arranging the money to pay for an attorney to help him, I thought of a scooter so he can get around without me having to take him everywhere. I'm told that a D.L. isn't required for engines below a certain c.c. /speed. Does anyone know the laws regarding scooters in the state of Michigan?

Can photography kill?

I've worked in so many countries in the Middle East and Africa. It seems that viewing life through a lens is making me realize that life is a cruel joke. Some days I wish I was blind, some days I wish I was dead. My photos capture the emotion and the pain... but now it's having a traumatic effect on my life. I have not sold any of my work. I just look at it and feel the pain and then put it away.

Is it time to cash out? If it is, I'd like to go out in style by getting the ultimate photo in Iraq or Afghanistan... how should it be?

After sex with my boyfriend, my vagina gets itchy and swollen?

My boyfriend and i have had sex 3 times and everytime my vagina gets itchy and feels swollen afterward, usually the next day. The first two times we used durex but i figured it was because of that so he got the ultra ribbed trojans, the ones that i usually use. ive never had a problem with trojans before so i dont know what could be wrong. im 2 months shy of 18 so i cant go to the doctor by myself. so i dont know what to do.

What did you do when your child threw a temper tantrum in public?

I'm asking about a huge tantrum like when they're screaming and on the floor at a grocery store for example. Did you slowly walk away hoping they would follow and stop or try to talk them out of it? Did you give in to what they wanted? Did you pick them up and walk out of the store? Or did you put them in the cart and continue to shop while they're still throwing the tantrum. If you didn't do any of these, what did you do? What do you think the best solution is when a kid throws a temper tantrum in public?

Would you rather be gorgeous and talented or average looks and super wealthy?

Would you rather be gorgeous and talented even if you might never be well-off because of it, maybe even a little poor, or of average looks and no special talents but millions of dollars? And don't say you could have plastic surgery. Very few people can change their looks drastically with it and end up really attractive.

first, let's get rid of year long insurance, let people change when they want...The insurance "racket"(since it's not legitimate business if anyone's ever dealt with them, would be forced to actually provide what they keep preaching, an entirely free market
