I feel weak insiside im petrified of everything around me even my own brothers and my sister??

im ******* scared of everything whats happning to me??????

i wanna go back to being numb

I think your having a panic attack. Going back to being "numb" isn't normal either. The latter is what a person is like when they are drunk or on drugs. I recommend going to your family doctor (GP) if you can and if this persists and getting a referral to a psychiatrist or other therapist to find out the source of your fear. Fears have to be faced in order to conquer them but some fears are unconscious or psychological and have to be talked out with a therapist in order to recognize them.

Hey, I've been there, hombre, just remember that there is no one you need to be scared of. Except Muslim terrorists. There's a very REAL possibility they might try to kill you.
