You are losing water weight only, and dehydrating.

Water is an important factor in being healthy in general, so make sure you drink enough. A good guideline is drink half your weight in ounces (for example, if you weigh 150 pounds, drink 75 ounces of water per day).

Real weight loss also requires exercising and eating right. Water helps with those too, as it helps you keep from feeling fatigued and helps you feel full so you don't overeat.

When you sweat, like in a sauna, you release toxins in your body. You loose "water weight" which shows on a scale but replenishes itself when you drink liquid again. So, no it's not weight loss. You have to get your heart rate up in order to loose weight, which makes you hot, burn energy, and calories resulting in true weight loss.

you lose water from your body when you sweat so your weight can fluctuate by a few pounds when you sweat a lot. but you should drink a lot of water when you sweat so you stay hydrated. you don't want to sweat off weight in water and then not replenish the water

NO: your loosing water weight not fat tissue. And the water weight will come right back on when you drink water again!Working out and a controlled good food diet will do the trick.

the more you drink water the more you will sweat, Sweat does not equal weight loss.
