If one of your top stars is un happy you work out the problem. But apperently Joe is upset with TNA that he will leave and sign with WWE. Joe is The face of TNA not some broken down,Painkiller addicted wrestler who you give all the damn titles to!God TNA is stupid if they let Joe leave then they deserve to go under!

My co-worker acts almost as if he's senile. Especially at the end of shift when you want to just go home, he will take another hour of your time in one-way conversation telling not very impressive stories about his own past. He links all these stories in run-on fashion and often pauses for a few seconds while gazing at the ground, as if he's recalling the events or possibly making them up. During these episodes he leaves no room for feedback, even if you speak during the frequent pauses he will ignore it and keep talking. If you approach him first he will disregard what you said entirely and begin another onslaught of his own. He is always polite and a very nice guy, I just think he has some kind of medically explainable problem. There's no way to politely end conversation with him, and our job is very stressful so I feel like maybe that's his way of coping and I should oblige his needs. Does this relate to any medical condition, or maybe a side-effect of the provigil he's on?

I have several student who are spoiled at home and some not diagnosed , whom I am sure suffer with ADD or ADHD. I have exhausted my relm of options. Discipline methods have been implimented. The administration had advised the teachers that no student will be suspended as we did not make AYP the prior year. We were told we would need to handle classroom discipine problems ourselves. I need some advice on how to be strongly effective, not punishing the innocent, but making a meomorable, lasting effect on these unruly second graders. There is much apathy, lying, disregard for authority, and defiance. Some parents "respond", but do nothing to help change the behavor. One parent came to sit with her child in the classroom Friday, and allowed her daughter to cuddle with her as they talked during my teaching time. I came close to asking her to leave. Sometimes the apple doesn't fall far from the tree! Any and all suggestions are welcomed.
