Just tell him.
Trust me, after generations and generations of guys ALWAYS having to pursue the female, it's a huge, huge ego boost for the guy to have a woman step up and make the first move.
To alllll the women here, for once, put yourself in the shoes of ANY guy you know. Consider how he feels everytime he gets shot down by you all. And there you are worrying about whether or not your shoes go with your dress.
Help a guy out now and then and stop thinking about what he thinks or what others think and go after what YOU want.

The guy may be shy, but you are not..Take the bull by the horns and talk to him.Because he's shy, he is not going to do anything and a potentially beautiful relationship will never get a chance to grow.So for the sake of all those unborn children( who will not be born because the two of you were too stubborn)talk to him and do it real soon May the force be with you both.

You never be the first one to tell a guy that you are into him. However, if you chose to go that route. Walk up to him and say, I find you interesting and walk away. You made the first move, so let him do the rest. But don't chase him.

Well if your as blunt as I am,... You would have a 1 on 1 with that gentleman. Ask him questions to see where his head is with the whole thing. Ya know see if your on the same level.
Throw a few things in ( little hints ) an see if he catches on.

go up to him and say, "hey, whats up". then he will answer somehow.....and then you reply and say, "wanna know what is up with me?" he will say something like "sure", then you go, "you are..... would you like to go out sometime....i really like you, i just wanna know how you feel about me...." then go on from there. i hope you guys do well together if it works out. good luckers! :P
