I AN RENTING A RENT TO OWN HOUSE NOW THAT IS SELLING FOR $185,000. THE OWNER IS WILLING TO GIVE ME MY FIRST YEARS RENT BACK AS A DOWN PAYMENT($14,100) I CAN COME UP WITH $6000. I just bought a 1997 Pontiac Sunfire from a local buy here pay here dealership and for some reason I'm kinda thinkin' I got ripped off. I put $900.00 down payment and I still owe $1005.00. He told me when I bought it that it had 108,000 miles on it and now that I got it I see that it has 768,000 miles on it. He just kinda seems like a lowlife dealer but I'm not sure what he's like because I don't know anyone who's ever bought from him before so I can't ask for advice. It has brand new brake pads, struts in the back, new tires, new lug nuts and hub caps, and it has really nice interior. Overall it seemed like a really nice car but now that I drive it I'm noticing that the mirror on the passenger side is broken so it won't pass inspection, I'm thinkin' it needs new front struts as well because it clunks and clicks every time I hit the slightest bump. I also noticed that when I start it the engine rocks back and forth like you wouldn't believe. Send me your opinions please?!....HELP

The question is: If your husband (or wife) and two children were on a sinking boat who would you save first, the children or your husband? I heard this on the radio, and my immediate reaction was my children. I guess a woman said she would save her husband, and then caught crap for it, and was told she was a bad mother for loving him more than her kids. Her response was "We could make more babies, but I could never replace him." And I thought, how horrible! I love my husband to pieces but he is an adult, he has lived his life! My babies haven't! Plus my husband can swim so at least he has a fighting chance, where my babies do not.

I always wonder how derivative books like Eragon become bestsellers when a lot of people dislike them but everyone keeps telling me that I need to get better just to impress an agent, let alone getting published.

I just bought Proactiv product three days ago. I want to know whether i can store the toner, lotion, and sunscreen in the fridge?
Before deciding to use proactiv, i used to use the cream from my dermatologist, and used to put them in the fridge... it makes my face feel fresher....
So I wonder if I can also put Proactiv products in the fridge???
