How can I overclock my 8800 Ultra...is it a risky procedure? I have never tried to overclock a graphics card before and If there is a big risk of ruining it then i dont want to doit but if it isnt that hard then i will give it a try.

I upgrade from my 21" sony trintron crt monitor to a samsung syncmaster 226bw 22" 2ms LCD Monitor.

It seems i am getting a little bit of terring and even lower fps on most games than my crt monitor put out. I am using the DVI Connection. my system is plenty fast to run every game i have. I have had it about 4 months now and it has never had any fps problems in games until I switched monitors.

my system config:
AMD AM2 5200+ dual core oc 2.8ghz
2x 1gig sticks DDR2 800 memory oc to 4-4-4-12 CL2
(OCZ Crossfire cert memory with ATi coolers)
MSI K9a Platinum socket AM2 crossfire 3200 MB
Radeon X1950 crossfire edition 512mb DDR4
Radeon X1950xtx 512mb DDR4 in crossfire
2x 160gig sata 3.0 hard drives in Raid 0
crap tones of cooling for the overclocking.

all runs stable but im lossing fps with this LCD, maybe LCD is just a lost cause for now?

I'm asking this question because I heard that what we today call "chemisty" began deep in the dark, idolatrous temples in Acient Egypt, where the unknown was revealed through seers and divination. The ancient Egyptians called this process "khem mysteries."

Similarly today science continues to reveal to us that which exist but is unknown to us; although the process has been refined and confined - is it not the same, revelation of that which exist but is unknown?

Isn't it just the methodologies differ, but the primary and basic function is the same? Revelation of the unknown.

An example may be: If gravity exist, it always did [at least it did as far back as the days of the Ancient Egyptian] and it was found out [revealed] by inquiry, not inquiry to a invisible substance 'god' , but by seeking information from the universe asking it to reveal information about itself [natural law] by another method we call science.

Ok, several questions, but jump right in please. :)

For many years now i have been 'working' for this guy as a male prostitute and came drugs and other stuff,but i am almost 24 now.People have to die sooner or later,but i want to get clean now and get out of this mess.I have always fallen in love with this guy,he is a fellow prostitute,we have grown very close to each other,but i am worried sick now because the man we work for has given him a 'job' to do and i fear my friend will get hurt,there is some stuff i cant put into writing ever.But i feel really ill all the time because of all the different drugs i have been foced to take,there is so much more to this story but i just want to get out of it,and with my friend aswell,but i also have other friends under the mans control and i worry for their safety,i was paranoid i thought i was being watching,i dont think i am,but if anyone found out i was writing this,telling a few things i am a dead man,not to mention the friend i have fallen for.I just cant take it anymore,but i am scared too.

My husband and I have been together 2 years, been married 1 year. We have a great life together, we know that we love each other, but with working all the time the romance has gone out of our lives, I'm one of those women who is very affectionate, and wish he would show it.
We have a great sex life, and we do show we care outside of the bedroom, after I have asked for a cuddle or a kiss, but I would love more ... I know that sounds selfish, but when I say more I mean more cuddles, more kisses, just affection more often.
He has never surprised me ... ever, he doesnt buy birthday, anniversay or christmas presents, even though I go out of my way to find something special for him......
Any ideas on what I could do in a subtle way to get him to show more affection. (his family are not ones to show any affection, his mum admitted that they are not ones to say that they love you or anything like that, so he has gone through his whole life like that)

Jesus says to love your enemies as you do your friend. But in Luke 14:26 he says, the following:

He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned [to hell].

It sounds like non-baptized or non-believers are enemies of Jesus. Condemning his enemies to a lake of fire does not sound like love.

What about this? Mark 16:15-16:

Whoever comes to me and does not hate father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters, yes, and even life itself, cannot be my disciple.

What is the word "hate" symbolic for here? I am unable to fathom another meaning for "hate." Can you?

I am auditioning for my school play. We are doing Thornton Wilder's "Our Town." For the audition, the director would like to see two contrasting contemporary monologues, each under one minute. By contrasting, that could mean contrasting in age or gender or character type or socio-economic staus, etc. I am stuck when it comes to picking monologues, so please help. Also, any "Our Town" info would be helpful too.
