I dont want a point on my driver licenes nor my insurance to go up. they mail me a huge list of places to go on the internet to take the test.
is there anyone that took the traffic school test over the internet and found it quick and painless, if so please tell me the name of the website. ill choose the best answer, thank you

defensivedriving.com, if it's accepted in your state. It takes about 8 hours to complete, but that's the norm. The tests are easy. Just take your time and be patient.

There aren't juries for speeding tickets. They aren't going to make people take a day off of work just to listen to someone argue that they weren't really going too fast on the freeway. Instead, the process works kind of like this: * You show up and meet with the traffic DA. The traffic DA will say something like "Okay, look, if you plead guilty I'll knock it down to $60 and give you just 1 point off your license and we'll leave it at that." * You should always take the plea bargain unless you truly didn't do anything wrong. * If you refuse the plea bargain and go in front of the judge and start talking about the cop having a seedy background, the judge will hit you with the maximum possible penalty because you're annoying him. So... there you go. Show up, take the plea bargain, and you'll probably end up with a small fine, no traffic school, and just one point on your license which will eventually expire anyway.

Where is how it works your ins comp,< will know> taking school & test only gives you no point on your DL only.An cost less??You have to go an line a find 1 for your state that is excepitable???
